Sound: composition made from recordings (sea and voices) on Canary Islands

The work quotes parallel worlds, transposing elements of multimedia descent: figures, words and phrases extracted from Saint-Exupéry’s most famous novella, weather signals and tide reports of Gran Canaria, notes. A sort of transporting sense arises. The background is built from a video exported frame by frame. The wave is deconstructed into several abstract paintings which are intervened each by single collages, mixed media. The cross-fading creates the illusion of a film in slow motion, intensified by the sound as a mind-rhythm or a take-off to another world.
